Councilman Petersen's request for permission to leave the State next week <br />granted on motion of Councilman Bury, seconded by Councilman Keckley and <br />carried. (MINUTE ORDER #67=66) <br />Councilman Henderson asked whether an accounting for funds contributed by the City <br />had ever been received from the Centennial Committee. Auditor -Accountant stated <br />accounting had been received and copy would be sent to Council. (Memo 4/4/67) <br />Councilman Granger questioned City Manager concerning work to be done by Skylawn <br />in view of observances which would be conducted at Union Cemetery on Memorial <br />Day. City Manager advised Skylawn had been contacted concerning this obligation. <br />(Memo 4/4/67) <br />Councilman Bury questioned storm drainage problem in Atherwood Avenue area and <br />whether anything being done to get this problem resolved. City Manager advised <br />part of this problem area would be relieved by Woodside Road drainage project, but <br />that another part of the problem was within the Second Avenue drain project in <br />which the Town of Atherton had refused to participate, so consequently lying <br />dormant, although recent storm problems had indicated County might make <br />another attempt to resolve this problem. Councilman Granger further questioned <br />problems and cause in this area and if interim measures possible.(Memo 4/4/67) <br />Councilman Keckley asked whether any time schedule set as yet for Council's request <br />that Staff further study and make a report regarding pharmacies in PO Districts. <br />City Manager advised this had been specifically referred to the Planning Staff. <br />(Memo 4/4/67) <br />Councilman Bury spoke of great loss that had been occasioned by the death of County <br />Treasurer, A. H. Sagehorn and asked that Council adjourn in his memory by adop- <br />tion of RESOLUTION NO. 5335 COMMEMORATING THE MEMORY OF ALBERT H. SAGEHORN, <br />seconded by Councilman Granger and carried, Councilman Rosselli being noted <br />absent. Meeting adjourned at 9:05 p.m. <br />Minutes to be amended by Councilman <br />Henderson, as follows: <br />i <br />6LEN C. MOORE, City Clerk <br />"Councilman Bury asked when report on Farm Hill Land Slide, which had been <br />requested by Councilman Rosselli at meeting of March 27th, would be ready <br />and was advised by the City Manager report would be ready next week as <br />requested." <br />03 V <br />
