Councilman Petersen's request for permission to leave the State next week granted on motion of Councilman Bury, seconded by Councilman Keckley and carried. (MINUTE ORDER #67=66) Councilman Henderson asked whether an accounting for funds contributed by the City had ever been received from the Centennial Committee. Auditor -Accountant stated accounting had been received and copy would be sent to Council. (Memo 4/4/67) Councilman Granger questioned City Manager concerning work to be done by Skylawn in view of observances which would be conducted at Union Cemetery on Memorial Day. City Manager advised Skylawn had been contacted concerning this obligation. (Memo 4/4/67) Councilman Bury questioned storm drainage problem in Atherwood Avenue area and whether anything being done to get this problem resolved. City Manager advised part of this problem area would be relieved by Woodside Road drainage project, but that another part of the problem was within the Second Avenue drain project in which the Town of Atherton had refused to participate, so consequently lying dormant, although recent storm problems had indicated County might make another attempt to resolve this problem. Councilman Granger further questioned problems and cause in this area and if interim measures possible.(Memo 4/4/67) Councilman Keckley asked whether any time schedule set as yet for Council's request that Staff further study and make a report regarding pharmacies in PO Districts. City Manager advised this had been specifically referred to the Planning Staff. (Memo 4/4/67) Councilman Bury spoke of great loss that had been occasioned by the death of County Treasurer, A. H. Sagehorn and asked that Council adjourn in his memory by adop- tion of RESOLUTION NO. 5335 COMMEMORATING THE MEMORY OF ALBERT H.
