City Manager advised of the <br />meeting held with representatives of carriers, land agencies, and property owners <br />where they had been furnished with additional engineering information and Staff now <br />waiting on their response. Councilman Granger asked where house was to be relocated <br />and was advised relocation to be on Mohican Way off of Jefferson Ave. (Shepard Way <br />Improvement District) <br />Councilman Rosselli questioned whether City representation was advised at the hearing <br />of the Assembly Committee on Transportation and Commerce on the relocation of <br />Junipero Serra Freeway scheduled in Sacramento on Tuesday, February 21st, 1967. <br />City Manager advised this had been discussed by Staff but it was felt Resolution <br />adopted by the Council authorizing the Mayor to vote for the higher realignment <br />of the freeway would suffice , besides fact any action taken by this Committee <br />would not be binding on the Commission. <br />Councilman Petersen suggested Council recess until regular Legislative Meeting and <br />further discussion held on Council meeting schedules until that time, in order <br />full Council would be present.
