After comments by some Council members that insufficient information was avail- able for a review of this matter, Councilman Petersenrmved that the Mayor be directed to request the Chairman of the Board of Supervisors for a continuance of one month to present Council's position in order this matter might be more fully reviewed, seconded by Councilman Granger. Motion lost. Councilman Henderson moved that this matter be discussed at the next week's Council meeting and that the Mayor be authorized to inform the Board of Supervisors and "ad hoc" Committee, City's recommendation will be determined at that time, seconded by Councilman Bury. Councilman Bury felt City should be represented at this meeting on Monday regardless of whether action taken by Redwood City. Motion carried on roll call vote, Councilmen Granger, Rosselli and Mayor Herkner voting no. Mayor Herkner was requested to submit further information on this matter to Council before the next meeting.
