MORE, City Clerk <br />Minutes of Regular Meeting <br />Redwood City Council <br />April 15, 1968 7:30 P.M. <br />Pledge of Allegiance led by Councilman Henderson. <br />Invocation led by Reverend John B. Haverland, St. Peter's Episcopal Church. <br />ON ROLL CALL the following were noted present: Councilmen Robert H. Bury, Floyd <br />D. Granger, Mary W. Henderson, Paul C. Keckley, Herbert G. Petersen, John <br />S. Rosselli, Mayor Sidney D. Herkner, and City Clerk Helen C. Moore. Also <br />noted present were City Manager Howard C. Ullrich, Acting City Attorney Datid <br />E. Schricker, Assistant City Manager Henry V. Burget, Deputy Police Chief <br />Theodore Moudakas, Fire Chief J. L. Lodi, Planning Director Ken Schroeter, <br />Director of Public Works J. Louis Scherer, Auditor -Accountant Jack Ferrence, <br />Chief Building Official Charles Gyselbrecht, Recreation Director A. S. Morton, <br />and Deputy City Clerk Marian McCrindle. <br />Councilman Granger moved to approve Minutes of Regular Meeting of April 8, 1968, <br />as mailed, seconded by Councilman Bury and carried. <br />CANVASS OF VOTES, APRIL 9, 1968, GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION, City Clerk read the <br />County Tally Sheets and Absent Voter Tally for each precinct for both candid- <br />ates and ballot measures for canvass by the Council. City Clerk advised <br />Affidavit of County Clerk of record of votes cast and canvass from voting <br />machines was on file. There were no corrections and canvass was declared <br />complete. <br />Councilman Keekley moved to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5666 OF THE COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DECLARING CANVASS OF RETURNS AND RESULT OF GENERAL <br />MUNICIPAL ELECTION HELD ON APRIL % 196$, seconded by Councilman Henderson <br />and carried unanimously on roll call vote. <br />- 1 - <br />485 <br />MR 15 ,66 <br />
