A
slide was shown on which access proposed was delineated.
Wm. H. Royer, representing the applicant, advised pro-
posed plan did fit needs of developer to what was
thought to be the best plan and also tied into what
Park and Recreation Commission had in mind for elimina-
tion of the street into the park and had been approved
by them.
He also advised applicant is aware of need to obtain a
20' easement from City and Hetch Hetchy and also real-
izes that in order to obtain easement or access he
will have to pay for right-of-way to City. He also
noted City will be picking up additional parking by the
elimination of vera Avenue.
After further discussion Councilman Petersen moved to adopt RESOLUTION N0.
5599 GRANTING EXCEPTION TO CERTAIN PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 30 OF THE CODE OF
THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, BEING THE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE CITY OF
REDWOOD CITY, AND APPROVING A SUBDIVISION THEREUNDER - J.
