Convene directly after the walk to discuss opportunities and constraints for the streetscape <br />project. <br />3. Provide inventory and analysis of existing conditions and site factors including ADA accessibility, <br />circulation, physical features and landmarks, adjacent conditions, local connectivity. <br />2. Provide a general assessment of demographics: who is using the site, and how do they get there. <br />3. Provide a brief survey of significant cultural and natural history that may provide insights into <br />unique aspects of place that contribute to the streetscape experience. <br />Deliverable: <br />1.
