<br />Consultant shall coordinate the work between various disciplines and with the <br />subconsultants through 6 in-house project status meetings. <br />Task 1.3 - City Progress Meetings <br />Consultant shall coordinate the work with the City through meetings and <br />correspondence. It is anticipated that 6, two-hour-Iong project status/coordination <br />meetings will be conducted with the City over a 12-month period. Consultant's project <br />manager will attend each meeting. Kennedy/Jenks's project engineer and selected <br />subconsultant representatives may also attend specific meetings at the request of the <br />Kennedy/Jenks's project manager, depending upon project activity. It is also <br />anticipated that Consultant will participate in periodic conference calls throughout the <br />project, up to one 30 minute conference call every other week. <br />Task 1.4 - QA/QC Program <br />Consultant shall develop and execute a Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) <br />Program specific to this project. Quality reviews will be conducted prior to the <br />Preliminary, 90%, and 100% submittals. <br />Task 1.5 - Schedule <br />Consultant shall prepare a gantt chart schedule for design and construction. The <br />schedule format will be coordinated with the City's program manager. The schedule will <br />be updated monthly and will be submitted along with the monthly invoices. <br />Task 2 - Preliminary Design <br />Consultant shall provide the following work which constitutes a preliminary level of <br />design development: <br />1. Research and obtain utility record drawings and other pertinent right-of-way and <br />utility information. City will coordinate access to City files. <br />2. Perform field investigations of the proposed pipeline alignment, including up to 3 <br />days of walking the alignment with City staff. <br />3. Identify utility conflicts along the proposed alignment, and identify up to 60 utility <br />locations for potholing. <br />4. Review existing geotechnical investigations provided by City, and incorporate the <br />City's standard pipe installation and corrosion protection details into the design. Per <br />the City's request, neither a geotechnical investigation nor a corrosion evaluation will <br />be conducted for this project. <br />5.
