Additionally, the proposed project has been <br />reviewed at two Advisory Committee public meetings. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />1. Approve the Downtown Planned Community Permit, Tentative Map, Planned <br />Development Permit, and Condominium Permit, with additional and/or modified <br />conditions of approval. <br />2. Continue the hearing and direct Staff or the Applicant to return with additional <br />information/analysis. <br />3.
