Parking for a total of 50 bikes will be provided in bike storage rooms in the Floor 1 garage, and Basements 1 and 2, all accessible by elevator. Residential vehicle access to the garage will be on Jefferson Avenue; commercial vehicle access will be on Bradford Street. An approximately 5,200 square -foot outdoor terrace on the podium level (second floor) will be located at the southeast corner of the building (next to the adjacent properties' parking lots), and will include benches and hardwood decking, flow-through planters and landscaping, a greenwall, a water feature, and other amenities. Except for private patios connected to five units, this terrace will be available to all building residents via the second floor. A rooftop terrace, approximately 4,400 square feet, will include a dining table with chairs and benches, outdoor grills with wet bars/sinks, landscaping (shrubs, grasses, succulents, and trees), sunshades, a wall fountain, and other amenities. The rooftop terrace will be available to all building residents via either of two sets of stairs or the building elevator. The podium level outdoor courtyard will be at approximately 15 feet above grade. The remainder of the building will be 77 feet, 3 inches in height (±6 inches), and the elevator penthouse screening will extend above the height of the parapet wall. The building heights conform to the DTPP Building Height and Disposition Regulations (Downtown Precise Plan Section 2.7). Along both the Bradford Street and Jefferson Avenue elevations, the roof coping will incline gradually towards the building's northwest corner. Building materials will include a window wall system with clear glass and composite metal panels, aluminum window frames, and a rainscreen cladding system. Five City streetlights will be relocated and either refurbished or replaced, per DTPP guidelines: one at each of the four corners of the Jefferson Avenue/Bradford Street intersection and one on Jefferson Avenue near the residential parking entrance. Sidewalk widths will be a minimum of 12 feet along Bradford Street and Jefferson Avenue. The new sidewalks will also include Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) crosswalk ramps and intersection bulbouts at all four corners of the Jefferson Avenue/Bradford Street intersection, street trees and accent planting, and four public bike racks, two on Jefferson Avenue and two on Bradford Street. To accommodate these sidewalk improvements, four (4) diagonal parking stalls will be removed along Bradford Street, and one (1) parallel parking stall will be added to Jefferson Street. The project will require demolition of the existing one-story, approximately 7,950 square -foot building, plus the site's parking lot to the south and east. The project will also require removal of five street trees, three on Bradford Street and two on Jefferson Avenue. The project proposes to plant eight new street trees - four along Jefferson Avenue and four along Bradford Street. The project proposes to construct ADA -compliant bulbouts with curb ramps at all four corners of the Jefferson Avenue/Bradford Street intersection to enhance pedestrian safety. From the CalTrain station, a bike path exists along Marshall Street to the west side of Jefferson at Marshall, southwest of the project site. There is no direct connection to this bike path for project residents on bikes; however, plans for the proposed 601 Marshall development show a bike path along the western portion of Jefferson between Bradford and Marshall that, when constructed,
