Fehr & Peers' full scope of work for preparation of the TIA is included in Exhibit B.1. 16. Utilities and Service Systems CONSULTANT will evaluate the impacts to utilities and service systems that could result from implementation of the proposed project. This section will focus in particular on the ability of existing utilities and service systems to serve the project, without reliance upon improvements planned as part of the IHSP. The Initial Study will identify standard conditions of approval that would be applicable to the project, as necessary. TASK C. PREPARE INITIAL STUDY CONSULTANT will compile the analysis identified in Task B above into an Initial Study for the proposed project for review by the CITY. 1. Administrative Draft Initial Study CONSULTANT will prepare an Administrative Draft Initial Study with the following components, including figures to illustrate the project location and features: • Project Description • CEQA Appendix G Environmental Checklist Form • Mandatory Findings of Significance • Contacts and Bibliography An electronic copy of the Administrative Draft Initial Study will be submitted to the CITY for review and comment. If desired by the CITY, CONSULTANT will schedule a conference call to discuss with the CITY the comments on the Administrative Draft. 2. Screencheck Draft Initial Study CONSULTANT will revise the Administrative Draft Initial Study based on a single set of consolidated non -contradictory comments provided by the CITY. This draft is intended to provide an opportunity for the CITY to review the document before it is finalized. CONSULTANT will submit one electronic copy of the Screencheck Draft to the CITY. 3. Final Initial Study Final changes to the Screencheck Draft Initial Study will be made based on minor comments from the CITY.
