Aids Anti - Discrimination Ordinance <br />Vice Mayor LaBerge advised she would be meeting] with Supervisor Nolan <br />and in light of state legislation and anticipated federal legislation <br />the City sponsored Aids Anti - Discrimination ordinance will need more <br />study. <br />Recommendation: Continue review of Aids Anti - discrimination <br />Ordinance <br />b. Regulation of Construction Noise <br />I <br />Councilman Bury advised the proposed ordinance',was distributed to the <br />BIA and BTC for comment, and apparently there are no strong objections. <br />Recommendation: Introduce ordinance regulating construction noise <br />c. Traffic Congestion Relief Measures - SCA 1 and Costa Bond Measure <br />Recommendation: a) Support SCA 1 and the Cost Bond Measure, and <br />b) Support designation of Sanimateo County <br />Transportation Authority as the Agency to prepare <br />and implement a congestion ',management plan <br />d. Alcohol Tax Initiative <br />Recommendation: No action, continue to review, <br />e.
