Park and Recreation Commission recommendation regarding a Golf Driving Range <br />Committee (1501 -06, 302 -04) <br />Report: Director of Parks, Recreation and Community Services <br />Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director Griffiths, presented the <br />staff report. <br />CONSENSUS: It was determined by Mayor La Berge that it was the consensus of <br />the Council to add golfer and former Council Member Brent Britschgi to the <br />Committee and have Councilman Bill Stangel represent the Council on the <br />Committee. <br />M /S: Bury /Buchan to approve the recommendation of the Park and <br />Recreation Commission and appoint Planning Director Patterson, Park and <br />Recreation Commissioner Mortenson, Redwood Shores Properties, Inc. President <br />Warren, Sibco Inc. co -owner Sibley, Brent Britschgi and Councilman Stangel <br />to the Golf Driving Range Committee. <br />Carried by unanimous voice vote. <br />MINUTE ORDER N0. 90 -072 <br />-------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />4. Child Care Policy report (302- 10,702 -02) <br />Report: Parks, Recreation and Community Services Director, 5/30/90 <br />Fair Oaks Community Center Coordinator Centeno advised the draft report <br />would be shared with other boards, committees, commissions and the public <br />for further input. Mrs. Centeno also thanked everyone who worked on the <br />report and acknowledged those who were present: Mayor La Berge; Council- <br />woman Buchan; Margaret Marshall, Operations Board Chair, Redwood City Child <br />Care Consortium; Bonnie Miller, Advisory Board, Fair Oaks Community Center; <br />Diane Howard, Housing and Human Concerns Committee, Parks and Recreation <br />Commission; Tish Hedrick, Director, Redwood City Child Development Program. <br />Reg.
