I <br />recreational activities held in the multipurpose room/community center <br />or on the athletic fields, and District shall retain all income <br />generated by District sponsored events held in the multipurpose <br />room/community center or on the athletic fields. <br />12. Parkinc Areas. <br />District and City shall share equally in the cost of constructing <br />Bo parking spaces on the Sandpiper Joint Use Site. City shall bear the <br />entire cost of any additional parking spaces which it desires to place <br />on the Sandpiper Joint Use Site to meet City needs. City and District <br />shall share in the maintenance and repair of the parking area in <br />proportion to each party's share of the cost of constructing such <br />parking area. <br />13. Haintenance of Landscanino. <br />City shall perform, at its sole expense, all landscape maintenance <br />on the Sandpiper Joint Use Site, and shall pay the full amount of all <br />water charges associated with such landscaping. <br />14. Utilities. <br />All buildings on the Sandpiper Joint Use Site will have separate <br />utility connections for sewer, water, electricity and gas. Utility <br />charges for such services shall be paid by the party owning each <br />separate building receiving utility services. Notwithstanding the above, <br />City shall pay fifty-six percent (56%), and District shall pay forty- <br />four percent (44$), of utility costs associated with the multipurpose <br />room/community center. <br />15.
