Nedra Moore thanked Council for a vote 7 years ago. She stated that at that time <br />several neighbors said they stopped attending the Planning Commission meetings <br />since they had concerns that they felt were not being heard at that time. In 1997, she <br />heard about the public hearing on a project proposal of 26 homes in her area and <br />several people spoke. She stated that the next week to her surprise the project was <br />not approved and the issue of rezoning may have had a bearing on the decision. <br />Candace Wu Chang stated that she had been evicted and requested an <br />investigation of a false police report, requested response on a police citizen's <br />complaint and requested a criminal Grand Jury investigation on production of a false <br />police record. <br />M/S Howard /Bain to waive reading of the Consent Calendar except the ordinances <br />by title, adopt the resolutions and the ordinances, and approve other items. Motion to <br />include revised page 6.2A.5 to item 6.2.A and abstention by Council Member Foust <br />on approval of the minutes of August 9, 2004 due to her absence. The motion <br />passed by a unanimous roll call vote by those present with Council Member <br />Hartnett and Vice Mayor Pierce absent. <br />6.1 Section — Motions <br />A.
