Alarm signaling devices shall be clearly <br />audible in all bedrooms when all intervening doors are <br />closed. The building owner shall be responsible for <br />assuring that the alarm signaling devices required herein <br />shall be maintained in an operable condition. <br /> "'Section 12.13.
