<br /> CGM:djg-c 1/28/83 <br /> CGM: ( 1-c 9/14/83R <br /> CGM:cJg-c 9/20/83R <br /> CGM:djg-c lO/lO/83R <br /> CGM:rb 11/01/83R <br /> CGM:rb 12/27/83R <br /> CGM:djg-c 01/23/84R <br /> DES:rb 01/23/84R <br /> (the parent, or affiliate of Grantee) has a <br /> franchise. <br /> ( 2) A plan for provision of such services, or a <br /> justification indicating why such services <br /> are not feasible for the Grantee. <br />(c) Topics for discussion and review at the review sessions <br />shall include but not be limited to, services provided, rate <br />structure, free or discounted services, application of new <br />technologies, system performance, programming, subscriber <br />complaints, user complaints, rights of privacy, amendments to the <br />franchise, undergrounding processes, developments in the law, and <br />regulatory constraints. <br />(d) Either the Grantor or the Grantee may select additional <br />topics for discussion at any review session. <br />(e) Not later than sixty (60) days after the conclusion of <br />each review session, Grantor shall issue findings, including <br />specifically a listing of any cable services not then being <br />provided to the City that are considered technologically and <br />economically feasible. Grantor may direct Grantee to provide such <br />services within a reasonable time, under reasonable rates and <br />conditions. Failure to provide such directed services shall be <br />considered a breach of the franchise, subject to penalties as <br />provided in this ordinance. <br />SECTION 4. FRANCHISE SERVICES.
