Such notice shall be given at least five <br />(5) days prior to the date of such hearing, and shall specify the <br />grounds upon which revocation or suspension proceedings will be <br />conducted. At such public hearing, the Council shall consider <br />all relevant testimony before making its determinations thereon. <br />The determination of the City Council shall be final. <br /> "Any person whose permit is thus revoked shall not be <br />eligible to apply for another for a period of one year from the <br />date of such revocation. <br /> "Section 33.13. The Chief of Police is hereby <br />authorized and directed to suspend without previous notice any <br />permit granted pursuant to a certificate whenever the Chief of <br />Police determines that a taxicab for which such permit has been <br />granted is in violation of any provision of this chapter relating <br />to the operating condition of taxicabs, including but not limited <br /> 6 <br /> 18t}l <br /> ,_. ~.....- <br />
