COPY <br />previously proposed to construct a concrete batch plant that would produce <br />approximately 1,600 tons of concrete per day; and <br />WHEREAS, the Port has conducted a Revised Initial Study to examine <br />potential impacts of the Project with a production of approximately 2,000 tons of <br />concrete per day; and <br />WHEREAS, a more complete description of the proposed Project can be <br />found in the Revised Initial Study, the proposed Mitigated Negative Declaration <br />and supporting documents located at the addresses set forth below; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed Revised Initial Study and Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration describe and analyze the Project, the impact on the environment and <br />measures related thereto; and <br />WHEREAS, on September 28, 2016, this Board approved the Revised <br />Initial Study and Notice of Intent to adopt a Mitigated Negative Declaration for the <br />proposed Project; and <br />WHEREAS, this Board desires to adopt the Mitigated Negative <br />Declaration and the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program ("MMRP") for <br />purposes of compliance with CEQA and the State CEQA Guidelines. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />DIRECTORS OF THE PORT OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The recitals are true and correct. <br />2.
