In the rest of the building, new study
carrels are needed to replace heavily worn, decades-old furniture that lacks
the built-in electrical wiring needed for the growing number of customers
who want to utilize and charge their own electronic devices. The stand-alone
exterior book drops (3 at Downtown Library and one at Fair Oaks) are quite
worn and need to be replaced because parts are becoming increasingly
difficult to purchase for 20+ year old equipment.
Design work for computer lab in 3rd quarter 2017, construction beginning 4th quarter 2017. Carrels and book drops to be
purchased in FY 2018-19.
Current Status
9 of 140
9.A - Page 35
