<br />liability insurance for the benefit of the applicant <br />and the applicant's agents, servants and employees as <br />evidence of ability to respond in damages in at least <br />such amount, said insurance likewise to be approved by <br />the City. The minimum amounts of coverage of such bond <br />or insurance shall be as follows: ( 1) for personal <br />injury or death: $100,000 for each person and $300,000 <br />for each occurrence; ( 2) for property damage: $50,000 <br />aggregate; provided, however, that the Chief may require <br />greater amounts of coverage where the circumstances, in <br />the opinion of the Chief, involve greater than ordinary <br />risk to person or property. <br /> II , (e) Applications for temporary fireworks sales <br />permits shall be made to the Fire Department on or before <br />the 15th day of June of the year for which application <br />to sell is made. At the time of the application, the <br />applicant for such permit permitting sales at retail shall <br />deposit with the City Collector the sum of $50 which sum <br />shall be refunded to the applicant upon (1) denial of the <br />application, or (2 ) compliance with the provisions of <br />subsection (g) (6) hereof relating to the removal of unsold <br />stock, litter, and structures. In the event a permittee <br />fails to comply with the requirements of said subsection <br />(g)(6), the aforesaid sum shall be forfeited to the City <br />as the reasonable cost to the City of removing the matters <br />itemized in said subsection. <br /> " , (f) Temporary fireworks sales permits shall not be <br />transferable.
