(g) The Fire Chief shall disapprove the proposed <br />location of any temporary fireworks sales facility, which, <br />in his opinion, constitutes a fire hazard; or shall <br />disapprove such location upon the recommendation of the <br />Chief of Police if, in the opinion of the Chief of Police, <br />such location will constitute a traffic hazard. <br />" , (h) In addition to such other requirements or <br />conditions as in the opinion of the Chief are necessary <br />for the prevention of fire or the protection of life and <br />property, the following provisions shall apply to all <br />retail operations permitted by temporary fireworks sales <br />permits: <br /> " , (1) Fireworks sales facilities shall be located <br />on property c}eared of all combustible materials for <br />a minimum distance of 25 feet surrounding such <br />facilities. No such facilities shall be located <br />within 25 feet of any service station; nor within <br />25 feet of anyone location where more than four <br />motor vehicles are stored or parked adjacent to, or <br />in close proximity to one another. All fireworks <br />sales facilities shall conform to the requirements <br />of Ordinance No. 1130, as amended, the Zoning <br />Ordinance of the City of Redwood City. <br /> " , (2) All fireworks sales facilities shall meet <br />the building requirements and electrical requirements <br />applicable thereto of the provisions of Chapter 9 <br />(as amended) of the Code of the City of Redwood City. <br />All such facilities in excess of 20 feet in length <br />shall have at least two exits; and each such facility <br />in excess of 40 feet in length shall have at least <br />three exits spaced approximately equal distance apart; <br /> -11- <br /> p-~._~ <br />
