<br />or other transportation agencies for signal purposes <br />or illumination, or the sale or use of blank cartridges <br />for a show or theater, or for signal or ceremonial <br />purposes in athletics or sports or for use by military <br />organizations. <br /> "'Section 12.106 The Chief shall seize, take, <br />remove, or cause to be removed at the expense of the <br />owner all stocks of fireworks offered or exposed for <br />sale, stored, or held in violation of this article. <br /> "'Section 12.107 The provisions of Section 12.32 <br />of the Code of the City of Redwood City relating to <br />appeals from disapproval of applications or refusal to <br />grant permits or revocation thereof shall apply to denials <br />of applications for permits for public displays of fire- <br />works or temporary fireworks sales permits or revocation <br />of such permits. After the hearing on an appeal, the <br />Council shall reverse, modify, or sustain the denial or <br />revocation from which appeal was taken. , <br />"Section 12.14 Section 13.301. 1 is hereby added to the <br />Fire Code to read as follows: <br /> "'Section 13.301.1 APPROVED AUTO~ßTIC SPRINKLER <br />SYSTEHS.
