All <br />lighting for such facilities shall be of a type <br />approved by the Fire Department with regard to fire <br />hazard requirements. <br />" , (3) At least one adult person shall be in <br />attendance at all times while fireworks sales <br />facilities are being stocked, are in operation, or <br />are being dismantled. No person under the age of 16 <br />years shall be allowed to sell or dispense fire- <br />works, or otherwise work at a fireworks sales <br />facility. <br />" , (4) 'No Smoking' signs shall be prominently <br />displayed on all fireworks sales facilities. <br />" , (5) All fireworks sales facilities shall be <br />provided with one 2-1/2 gallon water-type fire <br />extinguisher for each 250 square feet of floor space <br />or fraction thereof. All such extinguishers shall <br />be in good working order and shall be so located as <br />to be readily accessible for use in case of fire. <br />" , (6) All unsold stock and accompanying litter <br />and debris, signs, and (in the case of fireworks <br />facilities consisting of temporary structures) <br />temporary structures shall be removed from the <br />location of each fireworks sales facility no later <br />than the 15th day of July of the year for which <br />temporary fireworks sales at such location are permitted. <br />"'Section 12.105 Nothing in this article shall be <br />construed to prohibit the use of fireworks by railroads <br /> -12- <br /> >..--.. <br />
