.. .. I I Section 301, a plan review fee shall be paid at the time of such submission. A presite inspection fee shall be paid at the time the application for a building permit is filed. The plan review fee or the presite inspection fee shall be charged at the rate of 65 percent of the building permit fee as determined by the provisions of Section 303(a). " (c) Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date of application shall expire by limitation and plans, specifications or data submitted for checking may thereafter be returned to the applicant or destroyed by the building official. The building official may extend the time for action by the application for a period not exceeding 180 days upon written request by the applicant showing that circumstances beyond the control of the applicant have prevented action from being taken. In order to renew action on an application after expiration, the applicant shall resubmit plans and pay a new plan review fee. " (d) Applications submitted to the building department requesting inspection for the purpose of determining compli- ance with City Building, Housing, Plumbing, Electrical and Mechanical Codes shall be accompanied by a non-refundable fee for such service computed in accordance with the following schedule: " 1. $45.00 for each detached single family dwelling. " 2. $45.00 plus $10.00 for each additional unit for duplexes and multi-family dwelling units. " (e) Fee Refunds. l. The building official shall refund any fee paid hereunder which was erroneously paid or collected. -2-
