PERMITS <br /> "Section 13.90. Permit Requirement; Construction <br />or Destruction of Well. No person, firm, or corporation <br />shall dig, bore, deepen, or excavate any well or destroy <br />an existing well unless said person, firm, or corporation <br />has applied for and obtained a permit therefor from the <br />Health Officer pursuant to the provisions of this Article. <br /> "Section l3.9l. Permit Requirement; Conversion <br />of Existing Well to Domestic Use. No person, firm, or <br />corporation shall convert any industrial, oil, or irrigation <br />well to use as a domestic water well unless said persons <br />firm, or corporation has applied for and obtained a permit <br />therefor from the Health Officer pursuant to the provisions <br />of this Article. <br /> "Section 13.92. Application for Permit. Each applicant <br />for a permit required either by Section 13.90 or Section <br />13.91 hereinabove shall both complete fully the application <br />form provided by the Health Officer for such permit and <br />furnish whatever additional information the Health Officer <br />requests regarding the proposed construction, destruction, <br />or conversion of a well. <br /> "Section 13.93. Permit Investigation Fee. Each <br />application for a permit required by Section 13.90 or <br />Section 13.91 hereinabove shall be accompanied by an in- <br />spection and enforcement fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00), <br />no part of which shall be refundable. <br /> "Section 13.94.
