<br />determines that the proposed construction, destruction, <br />or conversion of the well both complies with this Article <br />and is not likely to cause pollution or contamination of <br />either the underground water or the well water, he shall <br />issue a permit for such co~struction, destruction, or <br />conversion. <br /> "Section 13.95. Scope of Permit. A permit issued <br />pursuant to this Article shall be valid to authorize only <br />the proposed construction, destruction, or conversion <br />described therein on the site specified therein. <br /> "Section 13.96. Suspension or Revocation of Permit. <br />The Health Officer may, upon ten (10) days written notice, <br />suspend or revoke any permit issued pursuant to this Article <br />where he determines the permittee either to have exceeded <br />the scope of the permit or to have violated any other <br />provision of this Article. <br /> "Section 13.97. Log of New Well. Every person, firm, <br />or corporation to whom the Health Officer has issued a <br />permit under the provisions of this Article to construct <br />a well shall, within thirty (30) days of the completion of <br />the drilling, digging, boring, or excavating authorized by <br />such permit, furnish the Health Officer with a log of such <br />well. Said log shall include information on the type of <br />casing, the number and location of the perforations therein, <br />the depth of the well and soil types at all levels of the <br />well, as well as any other data requested by the Health <br />Officer. Where permittee has earlier submitted such log <br />to the State of California, the requirement of this <br />Section may be satisfied by submission to the Health <br />Officer of such log. <br /> -20- <br /> .......L...... <br />
