The project is a single residential use group that exceeds the 25-foot maximum frontage length as it has a length of 49-feet, 3- inches Approve. 87 2.7.4.A.2.b (Rear Yard Size) For lots 10,000 square feet in size or smaller, Rear yards may be no less than 800 square feet in size, and should have no dimension less than 20 feet. With an area of 625 sq. ft., the rear yard does not meet the 800 square foot minimum size for lots less than 10,000 square feet.
