<br /> CGM:sw:4/24/78R <br /> "Section 30.139 Appeals. Any person aggrieved by a <br />determination, decision, or action of any officer or employee <br />of the City in the administration of the provisions of this <br />article may appeal such determination, decision, or action <br />to the Planning Commission in accordance with the provisions <br />of this section. Any person aggrieved by a determination, <br />decision, recommendation, or action of the Planning Commission <br />(including a determination, decision, or action relating to <br />an appeal), in the administration of the provisions of this <br />article may appeal such determination, decision, or action <br />to the City Council in accordance with the provisions of this <br />section. <br /> "Every request for an appeal hereunder shall be in <br />writing and filed with the City Clerk within seven days of the <br />final determination, decision, or action being appealed. Such <br />request for appeal shall state the grounds upon which the <br />appeal is made and shall be accompanied by any supporting <br />information the appellant desires to be considered in connec- <br />tion with the appeal. <br /> "The written request for appeal shall be accompanied by <br />a fee according to the following schedule: <br /> (a) A nonrefundable fee of $10.00 if the appeal is to <br /> the Planning Commission. <br /> (b) A nonrefundable fee of $50.00 if the appeal is to <br /> the City Council. <br /> "Upon filing a request for an appeal, the City Clerk <br />shall give written notice of such appeal to the officer or <br />employee of the City, or the Planning Commission, as the <br />case may be, whose determination, decision, or action is <br />being appealed, and shall notify such officer, employee or <br /> -lO- <br /> r <br />
