<br /> CGM: sw: 4/24/78R <br /> (f) A nonrefundable fee of $45.00 plus $30.00 per <br /> unit for the inspection services to be performed <br /> in connection with, and the preparation of, the <br /> reports specified in Sections 30.137 (d) and (e) . <br /> "Section 30.138 Issuance of Condominium Permit. ( a) <br />The Planning Commission shall issue a Condominium Permit for <br />a project if the requirements of this article have been complied <br />with. <br /> " (b) If a project other than a conversion shall fail to <br />comply with the provisions of every applicable ordinance of the <br />City, such project shall be required to so comply, or the <br />developer thereof shall apply for a variance, exception, or <br />other exemption from such ordinance provisions with which the <br />project does not comply, pursuant to such ordinance's provi- <br />sions, if any, relating to variances, exceptions, or exemptions. <br /> "Failure of a project other than a conversion to comply <br />with this article shall result in disapproval of the project <br />and denial of the application. <br /> " (c) Failure of a project which is a conversion, to <br />comply with this article, and, in addition to provide not less <br />than 75 percent of the current off-street parking and open <br />space requirements applicable thereto of the Zoning Ordinance, <br />and with the provisions of every other applicable ordinance <br />of the City, shall be grounds for the Planning Commission to <br />deny approval of the project and to deny the application for <br />a Condominium Permit. <br /> "Prior to issuance of a Condominium Permit for a project <br />which is a conversion, the Planning Commission shall determine <br />(if applicable): <br /> -8- <br /> r <br />
