<br />Redwood City Public Works Services <br />Customer Water Use Portal RFP 2 <br />• Represent that all information contained in this Proposal is true and correct; <br />• Did not, in any way, collude; conspire to agree, directly or indirectly, with any <br />person, firm, corporation or other Proposer in regard to the amount, terms or <br />conditions of this Proposal; and <br />• Acknowledge that the City has the right to make any inquiry it deems appropriate <br />to substantiate or supplement information supplied by Proposer, and Proposer <br />hereby grants the City permission to make these inquiries, and to provide any and <br />all related documentation in a timely manner. <br /> <br />No request for modification of the proposal shall be considered after its submission on <br />grounds that Proposer was not fully informed to any fact or condition. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />3.3. Submission of Proposals <br />Proposals are due on or before Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at 3:30 p.m. PDT, at which <br />time they will be recorded and forwarded to a Selection Advisory Committee for <br />evaluation. Proposals will not be opened and read aloud. <br /> <br />Proposals must be sealed and sent to: City of Redwood City <br /> Public Works Department <br /> Attn: City Clerk <br /> 1017 Middlefield Rd <br /> Redwood City, CA 94063 <br /> <br />The Proposer shall submit one (1) original and three (3) copies of its proposal in a sealed <br />envelope, addressed as noted above, bearing the Proposer’s name and address clearly <br />marked, “SEALED PROPOSAL FOR CUSTOMER WATER USE PORTAL TO BE <br />OPENED AFTER 3:30 p.m. WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 5TH.” The use of double sided <br />paper is encouraged. <br /> <br />The Proposer shall also email a pdf version of their Proposal to: <br />jchapel@redwoodcity.org or include a CD containing the pdf version with their sealed <br />Proposal by the RFP Submittal Deadline October 5, 2016. <br /> <br />3.4. Withdrawal of Proposals <br />A Proposer may withdraw its Proposal at any time before the RFP Submittal Deadline by <br />delivering a written request for withdrawal signed by, or on behalf of, the Proposer. <br /> <br />3.5. Rights of the City of Redwood City <br />This RFP does not commit the City to enter into a contract, nor does it obligate the City <br />to pay for any costs incurred in preparation and submission of Proposals or in <br />anticipation of a contract.
