The applicant <br />can have the service line installed by a contractor, but the meter and the tap services <br />have to be performed by the City. There are flat fees for different meter sizes, as shown <br />in the table above in section 1.1. The following table shows the category, the current <br />fee, the full cost per unit, and the associated surplus / (deficit). <br />7.A. - Page 46
