(1.3) After Hours Turn on / Turn off Fee The City of Redwood City assesses a fee to residents that request their water be turned on after hours after the water has been shut off due to either delinquent payments or new water service accounts. (1.4) Hourly Inspection Services During discussions with the Utilities staff there were several fees that were identified as hourly inspections. These services would be provided in hourly intervals and due to the great variance in nature, instead of flat fees they would be assessed a per hour fee, with minimum hours depending upon the service.
