Repeal of water rationing (1204 -09) <br />Report: General Services Director 5/11/89 <br />Resolution rescinding Resolution No. 10828 relating to water conservation <br />policy and guidelines for new developments was withdrawn to be considered at <br />a later date. <br />Ralph Nobles, 3720 Country Club Drive, Redwood City, asked Council not to <br />adopt ordinance repealing water restrictions as it sends the wrong message to <br />our citizens. Water conservation and landscaping with plants requiring a <br />minimum of water should be encouraged. <br />Vic Holbrook, Redwood City, asked Council to adopt ordinance repealing water <br />restrictions as the drought is over and restrictions are not needed. <br />Title read.
