The proposed project would not increase the residential population of <br />the area and would serve the existing student population within the RCSD. The proposed project <br />would not cause a substantial increase in use of existing neighborhood and regional parks and would <br />include an on-site play area for student use during school hours. Therefore, the proposed project <br />would not result in substantial physical deterioration of existing facilities and this impact would be <br />less than significant. <br /> <br />b) Does the project include recreational facilities or require the construction or expansion of <br />recreational facilities which might have an adverse physical effect on the environment?
