TRANSPORTATION/TRAFFIC. The study evaluates the transportation <br />impacts that could result from the proposed project, including impacts associated with traffic <br />congestion, transit services, and pedestrian and bicycle circulation. A review of site access, on-site <br />circulation, and drop-off and pick-up operations is also provided.
