Identify mitigation measures. LSA will identify, where necessary, practical mitigation measures to address any significant project or cumulative impacts. Mitigation may include sustainable development practices and design measures, site disturbance reduction measures, energy conservation measures and renewable energy sources, solid waste reduction measures, and water conservation and efficiency measures. LSA will provide a summary, to the extent information is available, of the expected percentage reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from the recommended mitigation measures and project features. 2. CEQA-Required Assessment Conclusions LSA will prepare the appropriate conclusions to fulfill CEQA requirements by providing assessment of the mandatory impact categories including: • Growth -inducing impacts • Effects found not to be significant (with a summary of the Initial Study findings); • Unavoidable significant environmental impacts; and • Significant irreversible environmental changes which would be caused by the proposed project, should it be implemented. 3. Administrative Draft Supplemental EIR The information developed in Tasks CA and C.2 will be refined and organized into an Administrative Draft SEIR. The SEIR is expected to include the following components: • Table of Contents • Introduction • Executive Summary and Impact and Mitigation Summary Table • Project Description (developed as part of Task A, above) • Setting, Impacts and Mitigation Measures • CEQA-Required Assessment Conclusions • List of Persons and Organizations Contacted • Bibliography • Technical Appendices (as needed) As noted in Task B.3, the Screencheck Initial Study will also be included as an appendix to the Administrative Draft SEIR. Up to five (5) paper copies and one MS Word and PDF version of the Administrative Draft SEIR will be submitted to the City for review and comment. At the end of the City's review, LSA will be available to meet with City staff to discuss comments on the Administrative Draft SEIR. 4. Screencheck Draft Supplemental EIR LSA will amend the Administrative Draft SEIR based on one set of consistent and non - contradictory comments received from City staff.
