Meetings with Public Works Services will also address the other projects <br />· Preparation of summary page and final layout drawing. <br />Peninsula #1 <br />The work items associated with this tank include: <br /> . <br />· Obtaining and reviewing existing plans <br />· Photographing existing facilities <br />· Obtaining necessary field measurements <br />· Sizing and selecting the standby generator <br />· Preparing a schematic of the repiping associated with a new inlet line <br />· Preparing a maximum of three alternative layouts for the pump/generator building. <br />Schematic Design Report <br />A Schematic Design Report will be prepared and consist of: <br />· The Summary Pages for each project <br />· The final layouts for Easter Cross and Peninsula water tank sites <br />· A Statement of Probable Construction Costs <br />· An outline of the technical specifications <br />· A project schedule. <br />CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS PHASE <br />One set of stamped plans and an original set of specifications will be provided to the City. It is <br />assumed that all work items described in this scope will be included in a single bid package. <br />For the Vista Oakview and California #1 and #2 demolition projects the contract documents will <br />consist of mark-ups of existing plans augmented by field measurements, current site photographs, <br />and the results of the lead paint analysis. For Brewster #1 &#2 site grading plans showing the existing <br />topography and the final condition will be prepared. Current site photographs will also be used to <br />augment the grading plans.
