That the R.c.A-c. operate a Visual ArLS Gallery wruch has frontage on Broadway. <br />Such gallery shall function as a retail operation commensurare with the pedestrian <br />flavor of the downtown and in conformance with the "CBR" (Central Business <br />Retail) zoning district designation. <br />4. That the R.c.A-C. participate in the Downtown Storefront Improvement Program. <br />An Architectural Permit ìnvolving facade improvements (to both Broadway and <br />Wmklebleck Street), including siding and trim materials, as well as new signage and <br />lightiÍ1g, shall be obtained by the R.C.AC. withirr one year from the date of this <br />agreement from the Planning Division. This apprpval shall be simultaneous with <br />the Storefront Improvement Program application.: <br />: <br />5. That the R.C.A-C. submit monthly income statements to the City. as well as a <br />yearly progress report (every six months for the first year) on the following activities: <br />. <br />- Special exhibits, events and shows. <br />- Grant applications and other fund raising activities. <br />- Tours, visits and workshops. <br />'r·· <br />
