RD94-047 <br />CITY CLERK DEPARTMENT <br />Redwood City <br />DATE: December 15,1994 <br />Attention: City Manager <br /> City Attorney <br /> Finance Director <br /> Community Development Director <br /> Redevelopment Director <br />SUBJECT: Redwood City Art Center Agreement with the Redevelopment Agency Board <br /> (1402-04) <br />Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City on December 12, 1994. <br />Present: Directors Buchan, Hartnett, Howard, La Berge, Sanfilipo, Steinfeld and <br /> Chairwoman Gasparini <br />Absent: None <br />The following motion was made and entered on the Minutes: <br /> l)"Motion that we accept the Agency's recommendation" (approve <br /> Amendment No.9 to Bond Issue Budget to move $30,000 from the <br /> 'Commercial Development Project' to a new project called the 'Arts Center' <br /> as amended) "to a maximum of $30,000, to include your wording, from <br /> the Redevelopment Agency, but to further recommend that we get together <br /> as a Council to discuss whether or not we would like the Sewer and Water <br /> Fund to cover the $4,300 connection charge." <br /> CARRIED BY UNANIMOUS ROLL CALL VOTE. <br />Arlyn C.
