<br /> FXS:dm"'" 104/93 (012/59) <br /> ~.)/19/93R <br />purposes, including, but not limited to, the performance of <br />maintenance and repairs of any and all structures or public <br />improvements, if any, heretofore or hereafter installed and/or <br />constructed in or upon the Premises, the inspection of the <br />Premises, the use, maintenance, repair of adjoining areas or for <br />any other purpose in furtherance of City's use of the Premises. <br />Notwithstanding the foregoing, City shall extend reasonable <br />efforts not to interfere with Permittee's use and occupancy of <br />the Premises in exercising its rights under this paragraph. <br /> 5. MAINTENANCE. Permittee agrees to maintain the Premises <br />in a neat and attractive condition, free from debris and at <br />Permittee's sole cost and expense. <br /> 6 . REPAIRS. Permittee shall be responsible for regular <br />repairs to the Premises. All repairs shall first be approved in <br />writing by the City. <br /> 7 . ALTERATIONS. Permittee shall not make or cause to be <br />made any alterations, additions or physical changes of whatever <br />nature to the Premises without first submitting a written request <br />to do such alterations and receiving written approval therefor <br />from City. <br /> 8 . USE OF PARKING AREA. Occupants and patrons of Permittee <br />shall have the non-exclusive right to use the parking area on the <br />Premises for parking purposes only, subject to the terms and <br />conditions of this Revocable Permit. The parking area shall be <br />shared with City employees for parking purposes. In addition, <br />the City reserves the right to use the parking area for City <br />activities without the approval of Permittee and without further <br />notice to Permittee. <br /> 3 <br />
