<br /> FXS:dmT' 104/93 (012/59) <br /> lJú/19/93R <br /> 9. HOLD HARMLESS; RELEASE. Permittee shall be solely <br />responsible and liable for all damages to persons or property, <br />including injury to, or death of, persons and loss of use of <br />Premises, due directly or indirectly to Permittee's use and <br />occupancy of the Premises and shall promptly pay any just claim <br />therefore and shall defend, indemnify and hold the City of <br />Redwood City, its Council, officers, boards, commissions, agents <br />and employees, harmless from all suits, actions, damages, or <br />claims to which City may be subjected by reason of said use and <br />occupancy of the Premises hereunder. <br /> 10. INSURANCE. Permittee shall maintain at all times during <br />which this permit remains in effect, at Permittee's sole cost and <br />expense, commercial general liability and property damage <br />insurance, which insurance shall be in the following <br />minimum amounts: <br /> ( a) $1,000,000 for injury or death of anyone <br /> person and $1,000,000 for anyone occurrence; <br /> (b) Property damage insurance in the amount <br /> of $500,000 <br /> A certificate or certificates evidencing the maintenance of <br />the required insurance or program of self-insurance shall be <br />deposited with the City Clerk prior to occupancy of the Subject <br />Premises by Permittee. In addition to the aforesaid <br />certificates, Permittee shall file with the City Clerk <br />endorsements: <br /> ( a) Precluding cancellation or reduction in <br /> coverage of insurance before the expiration <br /> of 30 days after City shall have received <br /> notification thereof by certified or <br /> registered mail from the insurance carrier; <br /> 4 <br />_.. -.,.,.", 'T- <br />
