RCAC's use of the grant made hereby , <br />shall be expressly subject to those certain conditions and <br />requirements described under the heading "Conditions and Funding <br />Restrictions" more particularly described in Exhibit "B", <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> 3 . NON-DISCRIMINATION. RCAC hereby warrants and agrees <br />that it does, and shall, con<Ì.uct and operate its visual arts <br />center on a non-discriminatory basis, with equal treatment and <br />access to its facility without regard to age, race, color, sex, <br />national origin, medical condition, disability, sexual <br />orientation, marital status, religious or political preference, <br />or labor organization affiliation. <br /> 4. ACCOUNTABILITY/RECORDS. As a condition to the <br />disbursement of funds pursuant hereto, RCAC shall present to <br />Agency invoices (or true copies thereof) received from its <br />contractors, suppliers, laborers, or others providing work, <br />services, materials and supplies (collectively, "Contractors") <br />for the tenant improvements referenced in paragraph 1. Upon such <br />verification as Agency shall deem appropriate, Agency shalL shall <br />pay over to RCAC the amount approved by Agency for each such <br />invoice payment, whereupon RCAC shall pay said amount to the <br />Contractor(s) pursuant to said invoice. RCAC expressly agrees <br />and covenants that it shall promptly submit invoices to Agency <br />for approval and, upon receipt of funds payable hereunder, RCAC <br />shall in turn promptly pay its Contractors the amount due <br /> 2 <br /> ."1-" <br />
