<br /> EXHIBIT D <br /> PERMITS AND FEES <br /> A. METRIC OM shall obtain any permits from CITY as may be required and secure a business <br /> license tax certificate. All work performed under such permits shall conform to the City of <br /> Redwood City 1995 General Conditions, Standard Specifications and Drawings for <br /> improvements within the public right-of-way and subsequent addenda or special provisions. <br /> B. Prior to the commencement of work under this AGREEMENT, METRIC OM shall provide <br /> to CITY's Engineering Division for approval a traffic control plan that includes, without <br /> limitation, traffic detour plans and partial street closure plans, if any plans, that may be <br /> needed for METRIC OM to perform the work allowed under this AGREEMENT and shall <br /> obtain from other public agencies any and all approvals of the traffic control plan that may <br /> be required. METRIC OM shall pay to the City upon request a deposit to cover cost for <br /> inspections of the installed system based on actual inspection time spent at a rate of fifty <br /> dollars ($50.00) per hour (or as such rate may be subsequently amended) not to exceed a <br /> ~ total of $/, "0. .
