Coordinate routine maintenance visits and, if possible, <br /> emergency maintenance visits, through the Public Works <br /> Services Superintendent at 1400 Broadway, Redwood City, <br /> California. <br /> City shall: <br /> a. Provide a location at no cost to the Permittee, agreeable to <br /> both parties, for the installation of the ALERT Weather <br /> Station at the Public Works Services Department location, at <br /> 1400 Broadway in Redwood City, California. <br /> b. Provide a locked space at the Public Works Services <br /> Department for storage of a 40 foot ladder to be utilized by <br /> Permittee Electronics Personnel in preventative <br /> maintenance and emergency maintenance of the ALERT <br /> Weather Station. <br /> c. Provide Permittee Maintenance personnel 24 hours a day, <br /> access to the Public Works Services Department ALERT <br /> Weather Station location for emergency maintenance. <br />6. City's Access. City reserves the right to unlimited access to the <br />Subject Premises or any part thereof for municipal purposes, including but not <br />limited to, the performance of maintenance and repairs of any and all structures <br />or public improvements, if any, heretofore or hereafter installed and/or <br />constructed in or upon the Subject Premises, the inspection of the Subject <br />Premises, the use, maintenance, repair of adjoining areas or for any other <br />purpose in furtherance of City's use of the Subject Premises.
