<br /> 7. Maintenance. Permittee agrees to maintain the SUbject Premises and <br />the equipment located thereon in a neat and attractive condition, free from litter <br />and debris. <br /> 8. Hold Harmless: Release. City shall hold and save the United States <br />Government, its officers, agents, and employees harmless from liability of any <br />nature or kind, including costs and expenses, for or on account of any or all suits <br />or damages of any character whatsoever resulting from injuries or damages <br />sustained by any person or persons or property by virtue of City's performance <br />hereunder. The United States Government agrees promptly to consider and <br />adjudicate any and all claims which may arise out of the use of the Subject <br />Premises by said government, or duly authorized representatives or contractors <br />thereof, to pay for any damage or injury as may be required by Federal law. <br />Such adjudication will be pursued under the Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 USC <br />Section 2672 et seq., or such other legal authority as may be pertinent. <br /> 9. Abandonment. In the event that Permittee abandons or fails to use <br />the Subject Premises, or shall fail, neglect, or refuse to maintain the Permittee's <br />property and equipment installed thereon in a neat and attractive condition, or to <br />comply with any of the conditions herein contained, or in the event that this <br />permission shall be revoked, then all rights of Permittee hereunder shall forthwith <br />cease and terminate. <br /> 10. Assianments.
