Support 2 City of Redwood City meetings during the Enhanced Warranty Period with <br />an onsite technician that is familiar with the system. The date, time, and place for <br />such City of Redwood City meetings shall be selected by the City of Redwood City's <br />IT Manager. <br />5.6 Contractor's Responsibility: <br />1. The City of Redwood City's end users and maintenance personnel shall have the <br />ability to contact Contractor and original equipment manufacturers for emergency <br />maintenance and logistic assistance, remote diagnostic testing, and assistance in <br />resolving technical problems. Contractor shall provide this contact to The City of <br />Redwood City at no additional cost. <br />2. All Contractor maintenance and supervisor personnel shall be fully qualified by the <br />original equipment manufacturers and must provide copies of current and qualified <br />original equipment manufacturer training certificates and original equipment <br />manufacturer certification upon request. <br />6 Summary <br />6.1 This document specifies the furnishing, installing, and testing of a complete audiovisual <br />system and associated equipment to be installed at The City of Redwood City's Council <br />Chambers, located at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City. <br />6.2 The project is for The City of Redwood City. In accordance with the Contract Documents <br />(including drawings with specifications) for the project, the work is to include a <br />completed, functional, and fully commissioned turnkey system. <br />6.3 The systems shall be delivered free of engineering, manufacturing, installation, and <br />operating defects. They shall be engineered and installed for ease of operation, <br />maintenance, and testing. <br />6.4 Installation and operation shall adhere to all appropriate National, Government, and/or <br />Local Life Safety and/or Support Codes, whichever are the more stringent for this <br />Facility. At a minimum, the systems shall be installed according to NFPA, Section 70, <br />National Electrical Code (NEC), NFPA, Section 101, Life Safety Code; this specification; <br />and the audiovisual systems original equipment manufacturer's suggested installation <br />design, recommendations, and instructions. The original equipment manufacturer and <br />Contractor shall ensure that all management, sales, engineering, and installation <br />personnel have read and understood the requirements of this specification before the <br />systems are designed, engineered, delivered, and provided. <br />6.5 City of Redwood City PM(s) are the approving authorities for all mechanical changes to <br />the systems. Contractor is cautioned to obtain in writing approvals for system changes <br />relating to the published agreement specifications and drawings, from the PM and/or <br />ATTY/AGR/2017.157/CODA TECHNOLOGY GROUP EXHIBIT A <br />REV: 07-07-17 JS <br />Page 8 of 28 <br />
