The term "OFE" shall refer to "Owner Furnished Equipment" which will be provided <br />by the City of Redwood City to the Contractor. This equipment will be integrated as <br />required by Contractor. <br />2. The term "shall" is mandatory; the term "will" is informative; the term "should" is <br />advisory; <br />3. The term "provide," when used with respect to equipment, means design, engineer, <br />furnish, install, certify, and test. <br />8 Administrative Requirements <br />8.1 Job Site Supervision: <br />1. Contractor shall provide a working project superintendent to oversee the work of <br />their employees and subcontractors. <br />8.2 The City of Redwood City's Project Manager (PM) will be Michael Sheena. The PM shall <br />be the point of contact for the work. All communications related to the project shall be <br />directed to The City of Redwood City PM on any correspondences relating to the <br />Audiovisual systems described in this specification. <br />8.3 Specific Conditions: <br />1. The construction work shall be performed during normal work hours. Contractor <br />shall be required to coordinate all construction activity to eliminate impact on <br />traffic and normal operations of existing tenants. <br />2.
