6.1.G. - Page 23 loseout: <br />9.1 Prior to completion, Contractor shall notify the PM four (4) days prior to substantial <br />completion of the work. <br />9.2 An inspection and walkthrough will be performed to determine the completeness of the <br />work and a punch list will be provided to Contractor. <br />9.3 The City of Redwood City's IT Manager will review and approve the completed punch list <br />and will approve Final Acceptance (as defined below in the "Payment Milestones" <br />section) of the completed AV system. <br />10 Submittals <br />10.1 1Shop Drawings: <br />1. The drawings provided by the consultant as part of the bid package are intended to <br />communicate design intent and system topology, but are NOT intended to serve as <br />final engineered shop drawings. Prior to fabrication, Contractor shall submit <br />separately generated shop drawings pertaining to the audiovisual system. This <br />engineering includes, but is not limited to, the following: <br />a. All panels, plates and designation strips, including details relating to terminology, <br />engraving, finish, and color. <br />b. Functional, connector -level wire diagrams showing wire/cable labels and relevant <br />equipment. <br />c. All equipment racks, cabinets, consoles, tables, carts, support bases, and shelves. <br />d. All non -factory equipment modifications. <br />e. Front mechanical drawings of each equipment rack <br />f. Cable labeling/numbering scheme <br />g. Prewire Drawings <br />2. Contractor shall forward electronic copies of the submittals to The City of Redwood <br />City for technical evaluation and approval. <br />3. If the submittal is technically approved, the PM will provide authorization to proceed <br />4. If the submittal is technically disapproved, the PM will advise required modifications <br />with a written explanation attached indicating the areas the submittal deviated from <br />the system specifications. <br />10.2 Documents: <br />1. Documentation shall include any item or quantity of items, computer discs, Drawings <br />of Record, equipment, maintenance, source code for programming, and user <br />operation manuals (for use by the City Clerk and other City of Redwood City <br />personnel). Such documentation shall be provided to the City of Redwood City at the <br />time of Initial System Acceptance (as defined below in the "Payment Milestones" <br />section). <br />11 Closeout Submittals <br />11.1 Equipment Manuals: <br />ATTY/AGR/2017.157/CODA TECHNOLOGY GROUP EXHIBIT A <br />REV: 07-07-17 JS <br />Page 10 of 28 <br />
