1. Fifteen working days after installation closeout date, Contractor shall d 6.1.G. - Page 24 <br />City of Redwood City two complete sets of operation and maintenance manuals for <br />each item of equipment furnished as part of the systems. <br />11.2 Shop Drawings/Drawings of Record: <br />1. Within five working days after the proof of performance test, Contractor shall deliver <br />to The City of Redwood City the completed as -built drawings of the system. <br />Additionally, all drawings shall be submitted in electronic format (both .pdf and .dwg) <br />on three CDs, with two copies provided to The City of Redwood City. The drawing <br />package shall include completed and up-to-date versions of the following drawings: <br />a. All panels, plates and designation strips, including details relating to terminology, <br />engraving, finish and color. <br />b. Any customizable Touchpanel, Keypad, or other control panel configurations <br />c. All equipment racks, cabinets, consoles, tables, carts, support bases and shelves. <br />d. Schematic drawings (AV & Control Signal flows). <br />e. All non -factory equipment modifications. <br />f. Front mechanical drawings of each equipment rack. <br />g. Equipment location drawings. <br />h. Systems functional block drawings, including those for audio and video <br />subsystems. <br />i. Cable labeling/numbering scheme <br />j. Prewire Drawings <br />2. Two complete hard -copy sets of the as -built drawings shall be delivered to The City of <br />Redwood City in standard 30" x 42" (Arch E1) format (the "Drawings of Record"). <br />11.3 System Operation Manual: <br />1. Produce this manual specifically for the system detailed herein. The manual shall <br />describe all procedures necessary to activate the system to provide for the functional <br />requirements, except as specifically excluded by the PM. This section shall provide a <br />non-technical graphic and narrative "how-to" users guide for the procedures needed <br />to operate the system. The document shall contain a section on operating the <br />system's equipment in the event of control system failure. Control system touch panel <br />layouts shall be accompanied by narrative text describing step-by-step function <br />engagement. The system operation manual is first to be submitted for review by the <br />PM. The manual must be modified at the request of the PM. <br />11.4 Equipment Inventory: <br />1. Fifteen working days after installation closeout date, Contractor shall deliver to the <br />City of Redwood City a Spreadsheet which, broken down by room, will provide a <br />matrix of information cataloguing the following information for all equipment <br />installed by Contractor: <br />a.
