6.1.G. - Page 25 Subnet Mask (if applicable) <br />f. Access Password (default or otherwise, if applicable) <br />11.5 Quality Assurance <br />1. Contractor's Qualifications: <br />Contractor shall meet the minimum requirements identified herein. Additionally, <br />Contractor shall have had at least three (3) years of experience in the fabrication, <br />assembly, and installation of systems of comparable size, magnitude, and quality. <br />Contractor shall have required certifications in the equipment specified for the following <br />companies: Shure, Crestron, QSC, AMX (SVSI), or an equivalent equipment (ONLY for <br />equipment identified as acceptable substitutes listed in this Exhibit A). <br />11.6 Contractor: <br />1. Contractor shall be able to show written proof of contractual relationship or technical <br />certification by the respective equipment manufacturers and shall be authorized by <br />that equipment manufacturer to pass through the manufacturer's certification and <br />equipment warranty to The City of Redwood City. Additionally, the equipment <br />manufacturer and Contractor shall accept complete responsibility for the design, <br />installation, certification, operation, and physical support for the system. Contractor, <br />including all subcontractors (if any), shall have a minimum proven three (3) year track <br />record for audiovisual projects and cabling systems of this complexity. This record, <br />along with Contractor and equipment manufacturer's certifications, must be provided <br />in writing as a part of each Contractor's technical submittal. <br />2. Contractor's Audiovisual Technicians assigned to the systems shall be fully trained, <br />qualified, and certified by the respective original equipment manufacturers on the <br />engineering, installation, operation, and testing of the systems. <br />12 Specific Instructions <br />12.1 CONFERENCING SYSTEMS <br />A. Commissioning and Testing — Contractor shall be responsible for performing the <br />following: <br />1. Physical installation of all equipment including OFE equipment noted in the <br />equipment list. <br />2. Set -Up of equipment, including <br />a. Soft -Labeling of equipment (startup splash screens, and OSD displays) <br />b. Configuring network settings (in accordance with The City of Redwood City - <br />provided addresses) <br />c. Setting resolutions, camera presets, 1/0 formats <br />d. Setting and recording IP Information and MAC address on any AV equipment, <br />OFE or otherwise (as required) <br />e. Testing displays, camera feeds, microphone feeds, and local audio and video <br />f.
